Mezzanines or multi-storey/tiered warehouse shelving systems are a modern, multi-functional and widely used solution to increase warehouse space and improve the efficiency of storage and production processes in your warehouse, factory, showroom, etc.
Viss veikaliem un noliktavām (VVN) offers not only the sale of mezzanines, but also develops racking system plans that are individually adapted to the specific needs of the customer and the specification of their installation site, as well as provides assembly and installation services.
Mezzanines are multi-storey or multi-level shelves that can be used to make room more spacious and efficient. The quality of mezzanines offered by VVN is certified by the CE mark.
Mezzanines - multi-level or multi-tier shelves - have a wide range of applications. The structure of the shelves includes steel columns, profiles (cold rolled steel), floor bases and additional equipment, depending on individual needs - railings, gates, etc.
Each shelving system is tailored to the customer individual needs and the use of the space, for example, in a factory, warehouse, showroom, etc.
VVN offers mezzanines up to 16 meters wide and with a load resistance of up to 3500 kg/m2.
Steel structures
The main support of the mezzanine column systems consists of beams made from cold rolled steel profiles. In cases of high loads, the hot-rolled IPE and HEA profiles are used. The main and connecting beams are installed on steel columns, which make it possible to erect structures up to 16 meters wide with a load resistance of up to 3500 kg/m2.

Floor finishing
For flooring, VVN offers various types of chipboard that meet European standards:
- 38 mm P6 white underside, natural upper side: basic solution
- 38 mm P6 white underside, C-dur deluxe upper side: medium non-slip effect, marble surface.
- 38 mm P6 white underside, non-slip upper side: high anti-slip, grey surface
Galvanised steel gratings for flooring are also offered, available in different sizes. Galvanised steel gratings are generally chosen for shelving systems that are installed in factories and are better suited for industrial processes as they are well ventilated.
VVN also offers high quality plywood flooring with high load resistance and good adhesion to the surface.
Stairs and handrails
Steel handrails offered by VVN are of high quality and comply with international safety requirements. Here you will find various solutions for handrails:
- Basic version - all steel handrails.
- Additional safety, convenience for children - cross member closers, handrails are made of steel.
- Convertible - removable version, handrails are made of steel.
We offer steel ladders with lattice steps as basic equipment. If necessary, based on the customer's requirements, it is possible to install wooden steps, additional rungs in the handrails, and also consider the required angle of the steps.
Pallet handling
To ensure goods are as evenly spaced as possible, VVN offers a wide range of pallet handling options, each equipped with a protector plate and safety system.
